Example of the Settings page, displaying the Field settings tab
The Settings tab provides access to a series of pages where you can, for example:
- View the available segmentation field settings.
- Set the local time zone.
- Create a DND policy.
- Delete all events related to a selected category from the Contactplan database.
- Search for contacts and remove them from plans.
Note:
You need the appropriate access permissions to be able to make changes on most pages in the settings section. See the relevant page for more details.
Using the settings section
Click the Settings tab to access the following:
The segmentation Field settings page is displayed by default.
