To access the downloads or request monitor sections:

• Hover your mouse over my contactlab in the main menu and click either the downloads or request monitor icon.

Click the appropriate link below to scroll to the information you require:

• The downloads section
• The request monitor section

The downloads section

This section (figure 1) enables you to see a complete list of files that have been requested in the last seven days, such as reports, delivery lists and similar, and download them as needed. You can delete your own requests as required.

To view pending or running requests, see the request monitor section.
