Deleting events

To delete an event, do the following:

  1. Ensure that the Customers management page is displayed.
  2. Click the name of the appropriate customer.
    The Customer Details page displays.
  3. Locate and click the relevant event in the Events Timeline.
    The Event details display.
  4. Click the bin icon Delete, positioned to the right of the page.
    A delete request warning displays.

  1. Click Confirm to proceed.

Note:
You can only delete an event if you have write access enabled on the relevant node. Any event deletions are tracked in audit logs.
