Currently, Contacthub allows you to define the event date, event type and context.
To add a new event, do the following:
- Ensure that the Customers management page is displayed.
- Click the name of the appropriate customer.
The Customer Details page displays.
- Click the New event button in the Events Timeline.

- Enter the event date, event type and context properties, as required.
Depending on the event type, Contacthub also displays all the relevant predefined properties.

You can only add a new event if you have write access enabled on the relevant node. Any new event creation is tracked in audit logs.
