To navigate to the Contact management page, do the following:

• Click Automations > Contact search.
  The Contact management page displays.

Note:
It is only available when you have the appropriate admin. permissions.

The Contact management page enables you to search for contacts and remove them from automations, as required.

It includes:

• A Search by field.
  Select one of the following search criteria, if available:
  • Contact ID (as used in Send).
    If selected, enter the Send PK_ID in the next field.
  • Contact ID (as used in Hub).
    If selected, enter the Hub UUI in the next field.
  • Automation UUID.
  • Step UUID.
• A Search text field.
  Enter the appropriate search text.
• A Search contacts button.
