The Issues page

Example of the Issues page

The Issues page displays a read-only list of security-related issues related to all users in the team.

There are three issue categories:

  • PIN
    For example, Not active, meaning the PIN sent by email has not been activated.
  • Password
    For example, Blocked, because the current password has expired.
  • User
    For example, Suspended, meaning the user account is currently deactivated.
    Only Contactlab customer care, or an Admin user with the appropriate permissions, can reactivate a suspended account.
