With effect from October 15^th, 2022, the maximum number of Userdb per company on Send will be limited to 200.

As of this date, the creation of new Userdbs will therefore be prevented for those who have more.

Immediate removal of any extra Userdb is therefore strongly recommended.

How to proceed with the removal of extra Userdb

• Finding the Userdb by company
  • The list of Userdb can be viewed in page format in the section Configure → Userdb. The complete list is also available in csv format file via the Download Database List button in the same section.
    
  • Within this file, in order to identify unused Userdbs, it could be useful to consult the LAST_DELIVERY_DATE column which indicates the date the Userdb was last used in a delivery.
    NOTE: In the list in the file, only consider dbs visible from UI with field HIDDEN=0.

• Removing extra Userdb
  • The removal of extra Userdb is done directly from the section Configure → Userdb within which it is possible to select several Userdb and remove them in massive way by selecting Delete in the Group Actions drop-down menu, followed by clicking the Apply
    

Please note

In case you try to remove a Userdb referenced from other tables in the system, the system will NOT remove it and will issue an appropriate warning. Any removal of the Userdb in such a situation would lead to an inconsistency of the Send DB.

In addition to the possible clean-up action by 15 October 2022, we would like to remind you that it is good practice to continuously remove the Userdb NOT used for:

• Do not incur in exceeding the set limit in the future. This recommendation applies in particular when a new list is loaded into the system each time a new Userdb is used. In such cases, the periodic removal of Userdb’s that are no longer used must be run.
• Guarantee an adequate level of maintenance of the Userdb and therefore of the lists used in the platform according to GDPR compliance.
