Maintenance

 

In order to constantly improve your experience with the Contactlab platform, the web security configurations will be updated on November, 15th, 2021. In particular:

  • TLS protocol with version equal to or lower than 1.1 will no longer be supported.
  • TLS 1.2 protocol will continue to be supported.

The affected companies have been contacted directly by a Contactlab expert.
In any case, we suggest you check the need for any updates to your procedures – e.g. using SOAP API calls and REST API calls – that access Contactlab services for greater security and service continuity.
