In Winter time, from Monday to Friday, the Contactlab’s Customer Service availability is:

  • from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm CET
  • from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm CET

except for public holidays and pre-holidays as detailed below:

  • Monday December, 6th and Tuesday, 7th:
    • 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CET
    • 2:00 to 4:00 pm CET
  • Wednesday December, 8th: CLOSED
  • Friday December, 24th:
    • 10:00 am to noon
  • Friday December, 31st:
    • 10:00 am to noon
  • Thursday January, 6th, 2022: CLOSED
  • Friday January, 7th, 2022:
    • 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CET
    • CLOSED in the afternoon.
