Contactplan Release v1.9.25

From March 21st, 2018 the new Contactplan version is available, which includes new features that enhance the application. The release is planned between 2.15pm and 3.15pm CET.

The most important new features are improvements in:

  • online support chat now available directly in Contactplan UI
  • as new events serviceSubscribed and serviceUnsubscribed will be exported from Contacthub, it will be possible to use them in Contactplan to create segments
  • improvements in timeframe condition in event rule
