What can you do with this release?
You can check if the latest updated data collected in the unique profiles or Send’s databases has been successfully made available to the platform’s segmentation functionality. This way you can re-launch the operation again in case of errors.
But that’s not all. You can also choose to be notified by email of any errors. Access the platform into the area Segments > Uploads Log, you can select from the drop-down menu the contacts associated with the tenant to whom the alert message should be sent. In this way it becomes possible to intervene promptly, fix and proceed with activities. The notification can be scheduled for a contact and removed at any time you wish.
With this release you can view the list of each update operation and its status directly in the interface. Enter the details of each process and launch the upload again, manually, in real-time with a simple click.
The operation may take a few minutes but at the end you have immediate visibility of the results of each individual import and in case it happens that the last process is still in error, you can decide to launch it all over again.
