Resolving the impacts of Google’s service disruptions

As a result of the Google’s inefficiencies in the last hours, there has been a visible increase in bounces with bad destination mailbox address outcome for deliveries running from December 14th, 2020 at 11:00pm CET to December 16th, 2020 at 10:30am CET.

We would like to inform you that we have restored the affected addresses for these deliveries and made them available again.

As the Google outage has also impacted the DataExporter streams, we suggest you check the status of your activities for any anomalies.

We will continue to monitor the situation hoping that Google will definitively resolve the issues it is experiencing and which are unfortunately impacting us passively.
