Google’s inefficiencies in recent hours are having repercussions on the Gmail mail service and consequently on deliveries via the Contactlab platform.
We are seeing an increase in bounces with a bad destination mailbox address outcome.
As this may not be the case, we are monitoring the situation and when Google resolves any issues, we will restore the addresses and make them available for future activity.
The Google outage also impacts DataExporter streams where anomalies are evident. We suggest that you do not update your systems with the blacklisted event if the information originates from streams operating from 11:00 pm CET on December 14th, 2020 until the problem is resolved by Google.
