Due to an infrastructure issue of our supplier – connectivity between systems and storage, the Send platform has been not reachable since yesterday afternoon. All other Cloud Marketing services have not been impacted.
We intervened until 6am this morning to solve the problems generated by the loss of the storage layer. At the moment all services have been restored. We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the type of incident, the recovery has been particularly complex.
99% of customers are operational. There are still a few with problems related to table recovery, which we are still working on.
