Always up to date profiles in maximum security

In order to optimize flows and improve security and performance of your campaigns, a new feature has been released to synchronize and update the User DBs used in the Contactlab Marketing Cloud platform.

What does it mean?

The User DBs appear in read-only mode in the Send module and are no longer editable. Any update can only be done via Hub, the module to create and manage each single contact unique profile available in the Marketing Cloud.

A migration path of existing configuration is underway and brands are involved if necessary.

No particular task is required to platform users. For the User DBs currently used only in the Send module, nothing has changed.
