Contacthub Release v1.24.0.223

From December 15th, 2017 the new Contacthub version is available and it includes some new features thet enrich the module. The release is planned between 10.30 and 11.00 am CET.

The main improvement is about deliveries triggered by an event made by the user. Now it is in fact possible to use not only events proprieties, but also context information, like for example the visited store.
