Platform Outage on April, 22nd, 2021

Maintenance

 

Due to connectivity issue of our supplier, the platforms were not reachable this morning from 9:00 to 11:00. We intervened promptly and the problem was gradually resolved by 11:30. All services have been restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Deliveries scheduled for that time period have been carried out as soon as the service is back up.
Any problems can be reported by opening a ticket to our Customer Service.
