From October 30th, 2018 the new Contactplan version is available, which includes some new features that enhance the application.
The release is planned between 2.30 pm and 3.00 pm CET. No service interruption is expected during the updates, but as a precaution, we suggest that you do not modify or save resources.
The main new feature in this release is the availability of the SMS channel as one of the possible actions in a plan. Customers who have this channel enabled, together with mobile numbers in their contact profiles, can now create SMS campaigns directly in the Plan UI.
