Usage statistics for email and instant messaging channels – One release v. 1.40.0

The new Contactone version is available from February 5th, 2019, and it includes some new features that enhance the module.

The release is planned between 11.00 am and 11.30 am CET.

What does this release enable you to do?

If you have administrator permissions, you will find a new Statistics tab in the Administrator UI.


As a result, you can:

  • Access statistics for the email channel, by Sales Associate and Store Manager.
    The total number of emails sent, previews generated in the application and customers contacted by email are displayed. Global delivery data such as opens, clicks and similar are also available.
  • Access statistics for your IM channels, by Sales Associate and Store Manager.
    The total number of invited guests, generated invitations and received responses for each IM channel are displayed. The number of text-only messages, messages with images and those with other content are also available.
  • Make an API call to export statistical reports in CSV format, through the API endpoint.

All statistics can be filtered by:

  • Store.
  • Sales Associate or Store Manager.
  • A time frame.
