From September 19th, 2018 the new Contactflow version is available and it includes a new feature thet enriches the module. The release is planned between 3.00 pm and 3.30 pm CET.
The main improvements are:
- In the definition of “real-time source”, in addition to the event type, you can now set conditions about event and customer properties
- The content of the steps “source” and “action” are now editable in every moment. The structure of flow continues instead to remain not editable
