No panic, count on the platform! – Plan Release UI v.1.32.0 & API v.1.36.0-1947

Segment: plans listFrom January 18th, 2021 a new version of Plan will be released. This is the platform feature that allows you to create the best targets for your campaigns and customer journeys and set single or recurring plans. The release is scheduled between 2.15 pm and 2.45 pm CET.

Resolving the impacts of Google’s service disruptions

As a result of the Google’s inefficiencies in the last hours, there has been a visible increase in bounces with bad destination mailbox address outcome for deliveries running from December 14th, 2020 at 11:00pm CET to December 16th, 2020 at 10:30am CET.

We would like to inform you that we have restored the affected addresses for these deliveries and made them available again.

As the Google outage has also impacted the DataExporter streams, we suggest you check the status of your activities for any anomalies.

We will continue to monitor the situation hoping that Google will definitively resolve the issues it is experiencing and which are unfortunately impacting us passively.

Google’s service disruption

Google’s inefficiencies in recent hours are having repercussions on the Gmail mail service and consequently on deliveries via the Contactlab platform.

We are seeing an increase in bounces with a bad destination mailbox address outcome.

As this may not be the case, we are monitoring the situation and when Google resolves any issues, we will restore the addresses and make them available for future activity.

The Google outage also impacts DataExporter streams where anomalies are evident. We suggest that you do not update your systems with the blacklisted event if the information originates from streams operating from 11:00 pm CET on December 14th, 2020 until the problem is resolved by Google.
